We've become so used to filling every moment — full calendars, full minds, full quiet — that we've forgotten what space feels like, then wonder why we feel disconnected. Just as white space lets the eyes rest, silence lets the heart speak. An invitation to create a little room to breathe, not someday, but now.

Somewhere along the way, we’ve been taught that if we feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain, we must have somehow lost ourselves. I don’t believe that’s true.
